Base of Cooler/Behind Cooler
This is definitely caused by a damaged bottle. A crack or pinhole can easily cause such inconvenience. Unfortunately, whilst our delivery driver is on route to your property a few bumps on the road will cause the bottles to move and cause tiny cracks.
Follow the easy steps below to fix this problem immediately and we will make sure to have a look next time we are in the area.
How can this be?
Air enters the bottle which then creates a vacuum that forces water into the reservoir and then over fills and floods the reservoir.
Here’s 5 easy steps to follow if your bottle is damaged:
- Take off the damaged bottle.
- You will need to empty the cooler. (Best to find a jug and empty the water from the tap till the cooler is entirely empty).
- Wait for the cooler to dry. (Don’t stick around, you can get back to doing what you do best).
- Once the cooler has dried, proceed with placing a brand new bottle on.
- Put aside the damaged bottle and our delivery driver will replace this for free when we are back in your area.
We apologies in advance for the inconvenience.
